   You may browse listings without an account. To contact us, submit your name, email, and phone via our contact form. All communications must be respectful; Plenteous may suspend or terminate correspondence for disrespectful behavior.

3. Messaging Terms (10DLC Compliance)

   When you opt in via our contact form checkbox, you consent to SMS and email messages from Plenteous regarding:
   • Leasing inquiries and qualification
   • Scheduling showings and lease signings
   • Rent, security deposits, late fees, and other lease-related notifications
   • Property owner updates on distributions, maintenance, and repairs

   Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. To opt-out, please send a message STOP via text or email office@plenteous.com with a request asking for our communications to stop. For help, reply HELP or email office@plenteous.com asking for our office administrator to provide an answer.

6. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plenteous’s liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding $100.
