At this time we accept vouchers exclusively through the Greer Housing Authority. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We accept and screen all applications on a first-come, first-served basis. However, applicants often do not provide all required information immediately. Since we cannot hold a property without funds, we will continue to accept and screen applications until one is approved and the deposit is paid. Even if there are applicants ahead of you, your application could still be the first approved, giving you the first opportunity to rent the home.

Yes, an approved cosigner can significantly benefit your application in several ways. A cosigner can help lower your security deposit and increase your chances of approval.

While our standard lease term is 12 months, many of our properties offer the option of a shorter lease. Please note that a shorter lease will result in a higher monthly rate. To find out if this option is available for you, call our leasing agent at 864.400.0808 ext 2901.

No more than 2 animals are permitted to be registered to the premises and approved by the Landlord.

Acceptable pets include dogs, cats, small caged animals, caged birds, and fish. Livestock animals, poisonous, dangerous, or exotic animals, and dogs that are considered “aggressive breeds” are prohibited. Aggressive breeds include: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, or any breed of guard dog trained to attack.
