We're here to be good stewards of the abilities we've been given — using them to make beautiful things, and to treat people well in the work. Not to build an empire, and not to build a pile. We have enough. We're here to be faithful with what we were handed, and to build, in the doing of it, something genuinely beautiful.
Our product isn't a building or a brand. It's an operating system — the systems, tools, standards, and hard-won instincts that let us run a business exceptionally well.
