Hi, I'm Dan. My career started early—at the ripe age of 7, I went door to door selling ugly holiday cards and giant mixed-flavor popcorn tins for the Camp Fire Youth Program. After crushing the sales quota, I proudly earned the epic flashlight and sticker combo prize. This early taste of success sparked a passion for entrepreneurship that carried me through school and beyond. After graduating with a BS in Business Management from Pensacola Christian College, I gained experience that shaped my approach to leadership and business. In 2016, I launched Plenteous, where I've been privileged with leading an incredible team. Over the past eight years, we've done some pretty cool stuff like: purchase, renovate, build, and sell over 250 homes; build a sizable rental portfolio; and create Plenteous Management, a licensed property management company that now manages 390 long- and short-term rental units. We also launched Beat The Bank, an SEC-registered A+, Tier 2 investment fund that offers killer returns backed by real estate. Through it all, my greatest joy comes from glorifying God and being a blessing to others. Outside of work, I'm blessed with a wonderful wife of 22 years and eight amazing children. We're members of Bethel Calvary Baptist Church, and in my downtime, you’ll find me playing with the kids or trying to play basketball."
Ruby Mikula
Business Operations Manager
Ruby has been an integral part of Plenteous LLC since 2022. She is known for her tenacity, organizational skills and the ability to step in and help wherever needed. Ruby has filled many roles within the company including but not limited to facilitating real estate transactions, maintaining relationships with outside vendors, accounts payable and the occasional batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies. She earned her bachelor's degree in Sacred Music and is an accomplished pianist. When not at work Ruby enjoys serving in her church, drinking coffee and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Pablo joined the company in early 2023. With over 15 years of experience in executive roles at American Express, Samsung, Warner Bros., and startups across various industries and geographies. Pablo's background includes marketing, strategy, operations, financial modeling, AI/ML, and data science. Yoga and mindfulness are important parts of his life, along with hiking and bike riding.

Rob has been full-time with the company since the beginning of 2023. However, he has been an advisor and investor since the beginning. He has helped to elevate many areas of the business and continues to do so. His strengths include: leadership, process simplification, systems integration/customization and a positive can do attitude. Prior to joining Plenteous full-time Rob ran successful sales teams that substantially grew revenue and lead to lucrative exits for six midsize companies. He has a beautiful, amazing wife Emily and 3 fantastic kids: Grace, Gianna and Gideon.
