We manage rentals the way owners wish they were managed.
Plenteous started in 2016 in Greenville, South Carolina — 10 years of buying, fixing, leasing, and running rental property in this market. We manage roughly 170 doors today, long-term and short-term, with our own maintenance crews and our own capital in the same asset class.
Why Dan started it
Dan D'Ambrosio bought rental property in the Upstate before he ever managed anyone else's. The experience of hiring managers — slow responses, vendor invoices with no explanation, percentage fees that climbed every time rent went up — is the reason Plenteous exists.
So the company was built backwards from an owner's complaints: a flat fee that does not punish performance, repair crews on our own payroll, and a recommendation to rent long-term, rent short-term, or sell based on what the numbers say rather than what pays us most.

Plenteous Management operates as a licensed South Carolina real estate brokerage under a Broker-in-Charge, regulated by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Ask us for the license number and Broker-in-Charge on record and we will provide it in writing before you sign anything.
